1 large pepper seeded and chopped finely 500g tomatoes, skinned and chopped 1 small onion 1 garlic clove 155ml dry white wine large rosemary spring 2 tbls sunflower oil salt and pepper
Method Put the first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, until thickened; purée. add oil and seasoning
