Coconut Biccys

Ingredients

2 oz Desicated cocnut 2 oz Light brown sugar 1 tsp Flour The white of one egg 3 Drops of vanilla essence (Optional – cherry / raisins)

Oven

190°C – 200ºC 10 – 15 mins (depends on how big your biscuits are)

Method Whisk the egg until stiff. Mix desicated coconut; light sugar egg and vanilla essence. Shape into biscuit shapes. Put on Greaseproof paper (or tray with butter) Cook until lightly golden brown.
