- 310g flour
- 15g baking soda
- pinch salt
- 115g unsalted butter
- 200g white sugar
- 110g light brown sugar
- 2 eggs 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 150ml buttermilk
- 60g chopped walnuts
Method
preheat oven to 175 C grease and flour 2 eight inch round pans. in a small bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and the salt and set it aside in a large bowl cream butter, white and brown sugar until light and fluffy. beat in the eggs one at a time. then mix the mashed bananas. add flour mix alternately with the buttermilk alternately to the creamed mix. add the walnuts then pour into the prepared pans bake in the preheated oven for 30mins, remover from oven, and place on towel to cool.
